Luigi Mangione was indicted Tuesday by the Manhattan district attorney in the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
Mangione was struck with 11 matters, including murder in the very first degree and murder as a criminal offense of terrorism.
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and New York City Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch discussed the charge at a Tuesday mid-day press conference.
